Every quotation and invoice should come out the same way: on one approved template, with numbers nobody types and a record of every version. We built this system to do that for our own business.

From a brief to a drafted quote
Describe the job, or paste the client's message. AI drafts the scope, the deliverables and the line items, and a person checks every price before anything is sent. Shown: a sample brief and the draft it became.

One template, every time
Every quotation comes out on the same approved template: the scope, what is included, complimentary items, the total and the terms. A revision keeps the same number as a new version.

From quote to paid
An accepted quote becomes a deposit, balance or full invoice in one step. Marking it paid records the payment against the client and stamps the invoice PAID.
