HORIZON 2026
Launching a conference usually means four disconnected products and four bills. This concept puts the launch site, ticketing, attendee app and door check-in under one brand.

The brief
Launching a conference means stitching together a marketing site, a ticketing provider, an attendee app and a door check-in tool — usually four disconnected products, four vendors and four bills, none of which quite match your brand.
What we shipped
The entire thing as one on-brand platform: a cinematic launch site with a background-video hero and live countdown, tiered passes with a full checkout and a digital e-ticket, an attendee portal for building a personal schedule and networking, and an organiser back-office covering sales, attendees, orders and door check-in.
Built for: Conference and event organisers who want one branded platform from ticket sale to the door — and the attendees and operations teams who live in it.
Inside the build
Every part, and what it does
A closer look at what was actually built — screen by screen, so you can judge the depth for yourself.

A launch site built to sell out
A full-viewport background-video hero, a live countdown to the doors, and richly built sections for speakers, a three-track agenda, venue and FAQ — the kind of launch page that shifts passes.
- Autoplaying background-video hero
- Live countdown to the event
- Speaker grid, agenda tabs and venue
- Scroll-reveal motion throughout

Tiered passes and checkout
Three pass tiers with a featured "most popular", flowing into a real checkout — tier select, quantity, attendee details and a card-payment step — beside a live order summary with working promo codes.
- Community, Pro and VIP pass tiers
- Live-updating order summary
- Working promo codes
- Formatted card-payment step

Instant digital e-ticket
Completing a purchase generates an order and a branded confirmation with a scannable QR e-ticket, plus one-tap add-to-wallet and add-to-calendar — the ticket a real attendee shows at the door.
- Generated order and confirmation
- Scannable QR e-ticket
- Add to Apple or Google Wallet
- Add to calendar

Attendee dashboard and schedule builder
After sign-up, attendees land in their own space — pass and QR, a live countdown, saved sessions, event essentials, announcements and a networking directory — and build a personal agenda from the three-day programme with one tap per session.
- Personal pass, QR and order
- Add or remove any session, saved across visits
- Event essentials and announcements
- Attendee networking directory

Sales and revenue overview
The organiser’s command centre — gross revenue, tickets sold, registrations and sell-through, an eight-week revenue chart, sales split by pass tier, recent orders and a live activity feed.

- Search or scan a badge
- One-tap check-in
- Live checked-in, remaining and rate

Attendee and order management

Core systems
What this build is made of
These are systems we build repeatedly — each links to every other project that contains it, so you can compare implementations before deciding what you need.
Unique to this build
Built specifically for this project rather than assembled from the shelf.
QR e-tickets and door check-in
A scannable ticket issued at purchase, then scanned at the door against a live check-in console.
Personal schedule builder
Attendees assemble their own agenda from a three-day, three-track programme.
