AI assistants & chat
Answering the same twenty questions, at 2am, accurately.
What it is
An assistant trained on your own information rather than a generic bot — so it quotes your actual prices, rules and dates. It handles the repetitive enquiries, captures the people worth following up, and hands over cleanly when a question needs a human.
What it looks like in our builds
How we build it
What makes ours work
Grounded on your knowledge, not the open internet
The difference between a useful assistant and a liability is what it is allowed to answer from. Ours are grounded on a curated knowledge base — your prices, packages, rules, dates and policies — and instructed to answer from that base rather than improvise. The PestaHub concierge quotes exact per-zone booth prices for each city because those prices are in its knowledge, not because a model guessed. Keeping that knowledge current is part of the system, not an afterthought.
The assistant is a lead channel, not just a help desk
Someone asking detailed pricing questions at 11pm is a prospect, not a support ticket. Our assistants recognise buying intent and capture it mid-conversation — name, contact, what they were asking about — feeding the same lead pipeline as your forms, with the conversation context attached so your team opens the follow-up already informed. On PestaHub, merchants asking about booths become organiser leads without ever finding the contact form.
Handover to humans is designed, not hoped for
Every assistant has edges, and what happens at the edge defines whether customers trust it. Ours are instructed to say “I don’t know” rather than guess, and to hand over cleanly — escalating to your team with the conversation attached, or moving the customer to WhatsApp where your staff continue with full context. The goal is an assistant that makes your team look faster, never one that stands between customers and help.

Questions
Asked about ai assistants
The questions that come up when we scope this system. Anything else, ask us directly.
Will it make things up?
This is the right question, and the honest answer is: unconstrained models do. That is why ours answer from a curated knowledge base and are instructed to decline rather than improvise when the answer is not there — a response of “let me connect you with the team” is a success, not a failure. We test against the questions your customers actually ask before launch, and the knowledge base is versioned so you always know what the assistant currently believes.
Can it run on WhatsApp as well as the website?
Yes. The same assistant and knowledge base can serve the website widget and WhatsApp through the Business API, which matters in Malaysia where customers default to WhatsApp. Conversations can also start on the site and continue on WhatsApp with your team, carrying context across. We provision this through our chatbot platform, so you are not maintaining infrastructure.
How does it learn our prices and policies — and stay current?
We build the initial knowledge base with you: pricing, packages, rules, FAQs, tone. Updating it afterwards is an editing task, not an engineering one — change the knowledge, and the assistant answers from the new version immediately. For businesses whose prices live in the platform itself, the assistant can read from the same records, so a price change in one place updates both the site and the assistant.
What does it cost to run?
There are two parts: the build — knowledge base, integration, lead capture, testing — quoted with your project, and a modest running cost that scales with conversation volume, typically tens of ringgit rather than hundreds per month at SME volumes. We set usage caps so a traffic spike cannot produce a surprise bill, and you see the conversation volume in your dashboard.
