Aruva Marketplace
A marketplace is six businesses wearing one coat — buyers, sellers, platform ops, the warehouse, the carrier and support. Aruva builds all six, and threads a single order through every one of them.

The brief
Selling online is the easy half. The moment more than one seller is involved, a shop becomes a platform: someone has to onboard merchants and police catalogue quality, someone has to pick and pack against a carrier cut-off, someone has to move the parcel and prove it arrived, and someone has to answer the customer when it does not. Most marketplace briefs only describe the storefront, then discover the other five jobs during the build.
What we shipped
A complete multi-vendor commerce platform with all six roles built out: a buyer storefront with faceted catalogue, product pages and a four-step checkout in ringgit; a Seller Centre with inventory, promotions, analytics and finance; Marketplace Ops for merchant onboarding, catalogue quality, risk and disputes; a fulfilment control tower with wave planning and pack-and-scan; a last-mile logistics network with routes, drivers and milestone tracking; and a Support Studio with case queues and customer 360. One demonstration order runs through all six workspaces, so you can follow a single purchase from the buyer tapping "Add to bag" to the carrier marking it delivered.
Built for: Anyone building a platform where third parties sell — retail marketplaces, B2B trade platforms, agent and dealer networks — and the operations teams who have to run it once it launches.
Inside the build
Every part, and what it does
A closer look at what was actually built — screen by screen, so you can judge the depth for yourself.

Catalogue built for finding, not scrolling
A faceted product catalogue where every filter is one a real shopper actually uses — category, deals, fulfilment type, price band and customer rating — with a delivery promise pinned to the shopper’s location rather than buried at checkout.
- Category, price, rating and fulfilment filters
- Search within a collection
- Delivery estimate tied to the buyer’s area
- Seller quality signals on every card

Product pages that answer the buying questions
Gallery with zoom, variants, live stock, the discount and the voucher that stacks on it, instalment framing, and a cut-off-aware delivery promise — the details that decide whether a basket gets filled.
- Variant selection with live stock count
- Stacked pricing: discount, voucher, instalments
- "Order before 14:00" cut-off logic
- Ratings, review volume and units sold

Four-step checkout in ringgit
Address, delivery, payment and review as four clean steps beside a live order summary — with Malaysian states, local delivery fees and MYR totals throughout. Every screen states plainly that no real transaction is created.
- Address → delivery → payment → review
- Malaysian states and local delivery fees
- Live order summary recalculating per step
- Honest demo disclosure on every screen

Buyer workspace
Orders, delivery tracking, wishlist and returns in one self-service view, with loyalty points and vouchers — the account area that stops "where is my parcel?" ever reaching your inbox.
- Orders, tracking, wishlist and returns
- Loyalty tier, points and vouchers
- Self-service returns flow
- Live status on the shared demo order

Seller Centre
The workspace a merchant lives in: gross sales, orders, conversion and store rating against prior period, a sales-momentum chart, and a priority queue telling them exactly what needs doing before the warehouse cut-off.
- GMV, orders, conversion and rating KPIs
- Priority actions tied to cut-off times
- Products, inventory, promotions and finance
- Buyer messages and review management

Marketplace Ops
The platform operator’s view — marketplace GMV, orders, active merchants and healthy-order rate — with the queues that actually keep a marketplace trustworthy: merchant onboarding, catalogue quality, risk and disputes, and a full audit log.
- Marketplace GMV and merchant KPIs
- Merchant onboarding and approval queue
- Catalogue quality and risk/dispute handling
- Commercials and audit log

Fulfilment control tower
The warehouse view for a Kuala Lumpur fulfilment centre — shift health, carrier cut-off countdown and station utilisation, backed by wave planning, pick lists, pack-and-scan, inbound, exceptions and returns.
- Shift health and station utilisation
- Live carrier cut-off countdown
- Wave planning, pick lists, pack & scan
- Inbound, exceptions and returns queues

Last-mile logistics & support
A carrier network view with parcels in network, on-time projection, active drivers and open exceptions, plus route and driver management, parcel scanning, milestone tracking and reverse logistics — alongside a Support Studio running case queues, customer 360 and SLA health.
- On-time projection and network capacity
- Routes, drivers and milestone tracking
- Reverse logistics for returns
- Support Studio: case queue, customer 360, SLA
