A multi-vendor marketplace concept that follows one order through every role: buyer, seller, platform team, warehouse, courier and support.
The brief
A marketplace with many sellers needs far more than a shop front. Someone has to approve sellers, pack and deliver orders, and help customers when something goes wrong.
What we shipped
A complete marketplace with six connected workspaces: a storefront with checkout in ringgit, a Seller Centre, marketplace operations, a fulfilment centre, delivery tracking and customer support. One sample order runs through all of them.
