Voyaera
Every stay has a system behind it. Voyaera walks one reservation through eight connected roles — from the traveller booking it to the front desk checking them in and the platform paying the property out.
The brief
Booking platforms demo beautifully and operate invisibly — the traveller sees a search box and a confirmation, while the real work happens in systems nobody shows: the property managing rates and availability, the front desk running arrivals, finance scheduling payouts, support holding the whole thing together when a flight is delayed. Most builds only ever prototype the pretty half.
What we shipped
An accommodation marketplace built end to end around one shared reservation, VY-842731, that every workspace can see. The traveller side: editorial stay discovery across Southeast Asia, search with dates and guests, stay pages with rooms and rate plans, a trips workspace with vouchers and requests, and reservation-centred messaging. The operational side: a property partner workspace with reservations, rates and availability, promotions, finance and analytics; a front-of-house desk with today’s arrivals, in-house guests, room status and incident handover; and platform, finance, trust and support roles around them. Follow the reservation from booking to payout, through every screen it touches.
Built for: Travel and accommodation platforms, hotel groups and anyone running bookings where the guest experience and the operation behind it must share one source of truth.
