Turn search visibility into a clearer path to your next customer.

A six-month search programme for Malaysian businesses: measured before it starts, run against a written plan, and reported monthly as work that was verified — not activity that was promised.

The situation

Most SEO is sold as a promise. Ours is sold as a programme.

If you have asked for SEO quotes before, you have probably been offered guaranteed rankings, a fixed number of "backlinks" a month, or a monthly report that lists activity without saying what changed. None of that tells you whether the work is helping your business.

We run SEO differently. Before anything is promised, we measure: exact Google results for the queries that matter to you, demand estimates, a crawl of your site, page-speed lab runs and a comparison against the competitors that actually rank. That produces separate scores for authority, technical health, content, internal architecture and observed search performance — never one blended number, because the dimensions are not interchangeable.

The programme that follows is written down month by month, every task is logged with the evidence that proved it was done, and every report separates delivered work from what Google actually did in response. You always know what you paid for and what remains uncertain.

What you get

What a programme includes

Every engagement has the same shape; the priorities inside it come from your audit. Local visibility and technical work are scoped in when the audit shows they matter, or taken separately as local SEO and technical SEO.

01

Audit and proposal

Exact Malaysian Google result snapshots for your priority queries, Keyword Planner demand estimates, a first-party crawl with the internal-link graph, mobile and desktop lab measurements, and a backlink comparison against the sites that rank. Each dimension is scored on its own 1–100 rubric with its evidence coverage stated.

02

Measurement before work

Search Console, analytics and conversion events connected and a dated baseline recorded before any change ships. If measurement is missing, setting it up is month one — we do not claim results we cannot measure.

03

Technical and architecture fixes

Crawl and indexing barriers, redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, structured data and performance issues found by the audit, plus a clear answer to which page owns which query so pages stop competing with each other.

04

Pages built around real tasks

A topical map from demand, entities and the questions buyers ask, then briefs and pages that answer one task each with cited sources — written to be useful, not to hit a keyword count. Internal links are planned as part of the page, not sprinkled afterwards.

05

Local foundations

Google Business Profile, controlled profiles and citation consistency where your business is eligible for local surfaces. Eligibility is checked against Google's current guidelines first; nothing is assumed.

06

Independent mentions and links

Linkable assets (Malaysia-specific benchmarks, tools, research), editorial and partnership outreach, press-release distribution and link reclamation. Every placement is recorded with its follow state, whether it points at your site or supports another placement, and whether it survived.

07

A monthly report you can check

Objective and period, work completed and independently verified, performance observations from Search Console and analytics, link outcomes with honest accounting, work still in progress or waiting on access, next month's priorities, and the limits of what was measured.

How it runs

Six months, one dated plan

The programme runs as six dated months, each with its own objective. Response to SEO work lags implementation, so a month's outcomes are reported when they are observed, not when the work started.

A plan with a feedback loop

Check → Prioritise → Implement → Verify

Each month builds on the work and evidence from the last. Open a month to explore the focus.

Start with a free audit
M1Establish and repair

Access and measurement ownership, Search Console and analytics where available, crawl and indexation baseline, remediation of redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, schema and performance, and the core business profiles.

M2Entity, citation and page foundations

Citation clean-up and expansion, additional controlled profiles, query-to-page accountability, initial content and internal-link planning, and the first press-release distribution.

M3Topical network and first-tier reinforcement

Priority pages and supporting content go live with contextual internal links; profiles, citations and releases are verified; measured supporting links reinforce selected first-tier placements.

M4Assets and editorial authority

Demand-validated tools, studies or other linkable assets, publisher-specific pitching, and editorial, partnership and digital-PR acquisition.

M5Scale what responds

Continued outreach and negotiation, the next evidence-backed assets and pages, reinforcement of valuable placements, and adaptation from Search Console and ranking response.

M6Consolidate and decide

Successful work continues, overlap and link losses are resolved, results are compared with the baseline, learning is documented, and the next 180-day plan is written.

A programme is invoiced monthly in advance for its six-month term. The fee is quoted after the audit, because the audit decides how much technical, content, local and authority work your site actually needs.

What we need from you

Access and decisions, not your time every week

SEO fails quietly when the agency cannot get into the accounts or cannot get answers. These are the things we ask for in the first fortnight.

  • Owner-level access to Google Search Console and analytics, or permission for us to set them up in your name.
  • Ownership or manager access to your Google Business Profile, where the business is eligible for one.
  • A way to ship changes: access to your CMS or hosting, or a working relationship with your developer or the site's repository.
  • Confirmation of business facts we will publish: services, locations, hours, credentials, claims you can stand behind.
  • A definition of what counts as a lead or a sale on your site, so measurement reflects the business rather than page views.
  • Someone who can review content and facts within a few days, and a decision on whether your projects may be used as public evidence.

Measurement and reporting

Outcomes are separated from estimates

Three different things get called "results" in SEO, and we keep them apart. Demand estimates from Keyword Planner say how often a query might be searched; they are not traffic. Rankings are observed as exact result snapshots for a stated device and location; they are not an average position. Business impact comes from Search Console, analytics and your conversion events; it is the only one of the three that pays the bills.

Reports are generated from the programme record, not written freehand, so a number in a report always traces back to a logged task, a dated observation or a stated limitation.

  • Delivered work and independently verified work are shown as separate states; a task is not "done" until the evidence is attached.
  • A submitted link, listing or release is never reported as live. Live, modified, lost and rejected are different states.
  • Links that point at your site and links that support another placement are counted separately, so referring-domain totals are never inflated.
  • Third-party tool metrics are labelled as such and never presented as Google's own measurement.
  • Every report states what could not be measured that month and why.

What stays yours

Everything the programme creates belongs to you

Accounts and profiles
Search Console, analytics, Google Business Profile and every profile we create are owned by your business. We work as a manager, never as the owner.
Content and assets
Pages, briefs, research, tools and benchmarks published for your site are yours, with the sources that support them.
The record of work
Implementation dates, the expected mechanism behind each change, the URLs affected and the success criteria are documented as we go. If you leave, the record leaves with you.
The next plan
Month six ends with a comparison against the baseline and a written 180-day plan, whether you continue with us or not.

Questions

Asked about seo programmes

Straight answers to what people ask before they commit. Anything else, message us.

How long before we see results?

Honestly: it depends on where the site starts, and we will tell you what the audit suggests rather than quote a universal figure. Technical fixes can change indexing within weeks; new pages and authority take longer to be observed. The six-month structure exists so that measurement, foundations, content and authority are sequenced properly, and month six compares against the baseline instead of guessing.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No, and we would be suspicious of anyone who does. What we do guarantee is the process: a measured baseline, a written plan, verified tasks and a monthly report that separates what we did from what Google did.

What does an SEO programme cost?

It is quoted after the audit, as a monthly fee invoiced in advance for the six-month term. The audit decides the mix of technical, content, local and authority work, and that mix decides the fee. We do not publish a one-size price because it would be wrong for most sites.

Can you work with our existing developer or CMS?

Yes. Technical changes can be implemented by us, by your developer from our specifications, or directly in your site's repository. What matters is that every change is deployed, dated and verified afterwards, whoever ships it.

Do you build backlinks?

We acquire independent mentions and links through assets worth citing, editorial and partnership outreach, press-release distribution and reclamation of lost links. We do not buy link packages, and every placement is recorded with its follow state and whether it survived, so the report never counts a submission as a link.

Is this for businesses outside Kuala Lumpur?

Yes. Programmes are measured against Malaysian results by default and can be scoped to any location or market your business serves. Local visibility work depends on whether your business is eligible for local surfaces where it operates.

What if we already run Google Ads?

Good — the two inform each other. Ads data shows which queries convert, which sharpens the organic page plan; organic pages give ads somewhere better to land. We treat them as separate budgets and separate decisions, and never claim organic credit for paid clicks.
