Yes, and we say so upfront. Hosting, SSL, domain renewal and maintenance are covered by website care from RM 1,000 a year, or system care from RM 250 a month for sites with bookings, payments or members. Payment gateways charge their own transaction fees.
Yes. You see a working version of your site before paying anything, and there is no obligation to continue.
You pay 50% when you approve the quotation and 50% when you accept the finished project. Quotations are valid for 30 days, and prices exclude applicable taxes.
You do. We build in a private code repository shared with you from the start. Once the project is paid in full, the code is yours and can move to your own account at any time.
Most business websites take about one to two weeks once we have your content. Corporate websites, online stores and booking systems usually take about three to four weeks.
Changes within the agreed scope are part of the project. Anything new is quoted before we start it, so there are no surprise invoices.
Yes. We redesign existing websites and keep your search rankings with proper redirects, and we build on WordPress, Shopify or WooCommerce when that suits you better than a custom build.
