Proof

Work you can inspect

Gatherway and Voyaera are concept prototypes we built ourselves after studying travel agencies, umrah operators and stays marketplaces. They use sample departures, licences and travellers; no booking result is claimed.

All our work

Concept prototypes are labelled as prototypes everywhere they appear. They demonstrate what we can build, not work delivered for that named client. More client work is going live and will be added as it does.

  • Payment gateway fees are paid to the gateway from your own merchant account.

Ownership

Everything belongs to your business

You own everything we build for you: the code, the content, the domain, the hosting account and every third-party account opened for the project. There is no lock-in. If you move to another provider, everything goes with you and we help with the handover.

  • Source code, handed over in your own repository
  • Domain and DNS, registered to your business
  • Hosting and every service account, in your name
  • Analytics, search and ad accounts, with us as a manager you can remove
  • All content, media and data in the system

Ongoing care

System care from RM 250 a month

For a more complex website or a system with a real backend, ongoing care starts from RM 250 a month, with the plan confirmed against what was actually launched. Care is quoted with the project, not bolted on afterwards.

Support

We normally respond within one working day

We normally respond to a support request in under one working day, and we work to solve problems as fast as we can. That is how we normally work rather than a contractual guarantee, and responding is not the same as resolving. If your operation needs a formal response or resolution commitment, we can write one into your scope.

Timeline

Normally three to four weeks

A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope. Prototype timing is separate: you see a working prototype before any deposit.

Before you decide

Questions people ask before they commit

Can travellers pay in instalments?

Yes: a deposit, then monthly instalments with reminders, and the balance due by the date your terms set. Gatherway shows the full flow.

Can sub-agents book on our seats?

Yes, through their own portal, against the same seat count, with their commission recorded.

Can we collect passports and visa documents online?

Yes, uploaded by each traveller and checked by your team, with what is missing listed per departure.

How long does it take?

A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope.

What happens next

From a message to a working prototype

We build a free working prototype first. It carries no payment obligation, so you can judge the direction before committing.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Message us on WhatsApp with your business and the pages or features you have in mind. We reply normally within one working day.

  2. 2

    See a free prototype

We build a working prototype you can click through on your own phone. There is no payment obligation at this stage.

  3. 3

    Approve the scope and quote

We confirm the pages, features, responsibilities and timeline in writing. The deposit is paid only when you approve the quotation.

  4. 4

    Build, review and launch

We complete the build with your real content, you review it, and we launch after your final approval.

How it runs

Seats first

We agree how seats, waitlists and payments work, then build the traveller and agent journeys on that.

  1. 01

    Map departures and payments

How packages, seats, deposits and documents run today.

  2. 02

    Prototype the booking

From a departure to a deposit and payment plan on a phone.

  3. 03

    Build documents and agents

Document checks, sub-agent portal, supplier confirmations.

  4. 04

    Train and launch

Sales and operations trained, then care at the level you choose.

What travellers and agencies need

We studied Malaysian umrah and tour operators and international group-tour companies before building Gatherway. Travellers compare dates and prices and pay over time; agencies need seats, documents and suppliers in one place. The table shows each need and where we have built it.

Travel needs, and where we have built them

Rules a travel website has to follow

Under the Tourism Industry Act 1992, every advertisement by a licensed tourism business shows its licence number, business name and address, and that includes the website. Umrah and ziarah advertisements need the Commissioner of Tourism’s approval, with the approval number printed on the advert alongside the price, duration and terms. MOTAC publishes the list of licensed umrah agencies and approved adverts, which travellers can check.

The standard terms for outbound tour packages cap the deposit at 25% of the fare and set when the balance falls due. Health and visa requirements for umrah change each season, so Gatherway shows them as the agency’s current process with the source and date. The building blocks are on our feature pages: online payments and instalments, bookings, traveller and agent logins, document uploads and pages in other languages.
