Proof

Work you can inspect

Lintel and Canopy are concept prototypes we built ourselves after studying renovation platforms and field-service software; Brisa is a sample app for an aircon service company, built for Android and the web. They use sample customers and jobs; no business result is claimed.

All our work

Concept prototypes are labelled as prototypes everywhere they appear. They demonstrate what we can build, not work delivered for that named client. More client work is going live and will be added as it does.

Price and terms

From a service website to a full job system

Home-service businesses usually start with prices and online booking. Renovation firms add quotes, variations, claims and the client project room.

Service website

RM 4,999

Services, prices, areas and enquiries.

  • Services and starting prices
  • Areas you cover
  • WhatsApp and enquiry routes

Job system

From RM 12,000

Quotes, schedules, technicians and invoices.

  • Quotes accepted online
  • Dispatch schedule and technician app
  • Invoices and payment reminders

Add-ons

From RM 1,500

Added when you need them.

  • Online booking with deposits
  • Cost guide or estimator
  • Expense claims and payslips

Billed or quoted separately

  • Ongoing care is quoted with the build: from RM 1,000 a year for a website, from RM 250 a month for a system.
  • Payment gateway fees are paid to the gateway.

Ownership

Everything belongs to your business

You own everything we build for you: the code, the content, the domain, the hosting account and every third-party account opened for the project. There is no lock-in. If you move to another provider, everything goes with you and we help with the handover.

  • Source code, handed over in your own repository
  • Domain and DNS, registered to your business
  • Hosting and every service account, in your name
  • Analytics, search and ad accounts, with us as a manager you can remove
  • All content, media and data in the system

Ongoing care

System care from RM 250 a month

For a more complex website or a system with a real backend, ongoing care starts from RM 250 a month, with the plan confirmed against what was actually launched. Care is quoted with the project, not bolted on afterwards.

Support

We normally respond within one working day

We normally respond to a support request in under one working day, and we work to solve problems as fast as we can. That is how we normally work rather than a contractual guarantee, and responding is not the same as resolving. If your operation needs a formal response or resolution commitment, we can write one into your scope.

Timeline

Normally three to four weeks

A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope. Prototype timing is separate: you see a working prototype before any deposit.

Before you decide

Questions people ask before they commit

Can customers book a service visit online?

Yes, by area, service and time slot, with a deposit if you want one. Canopy shows the flow for aircon and electrical services.

Can customers approve variations?

Yes. In Lintel, extra work found on site waits for the client’s approval, and once approved it changes the contract sum, the handover date and the next progress claim.

Do technicians get an app?

Yes: today’s jobs, directions, checklists, photos before and after, and the customer’s signature.

How long does it take?

A straightforward company website normally takes one to two weeks once the content is ready. A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope.

What happens next

From a message to a working prototype

We build a free working prototype first. It carries no payment obligation, so you can judge the direction before committing.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Message us on WhatsApp with your business and the pages or features you have in mind. We reply normally within one working day.

  2. 2

    See a free prototype

We build a working prototype you can click through on your own phone. There is no payment obligation at this stage.

  3. 3

    Approve the scope and quote

We confirm the pages, features, responsibilities and timeline in writing. The deposit is paid only when you approve the quotation.

  4. 4

    Build, review and launch

We complete the build with your real content, you review it, and we launch after your final approval.

How it runs

Start with the job that loses you money

We map how quotes, jobs and claims run today and fix the step that leaks time or cash first.

  1. 01

Map a job end to end

From enquiry and quote to payment and defects, as it runs today.

  2. 02

    Prototype the customer side

Booking or quote acceptance working on a phone.

  3. 03

    Build the team side

Schedule, technician app, variations, claims and invoices.

  4. 04

    Train and hand over

Office and site teams trained, then care at the level you choose.

What homeowners and your team need

We studied renovation marketplaces, home-service booking sites and field-service software before building Lintel and Canopy. Homeowners want a clear price and date; the business needs every job, change and payment recorded. The table shows each need and where we have built it.

Renovation and service trade needs, and where we have built them

From the first quote to the last defect

The pieces only pay off together: a quote becomes the job, the job’s variations change the claim, the claim’s payment shows in cash flow, and defects after handover are tracked to closure. Lintel shows a renovation project run that way, with a client project room so the homeowner sees progress without calling. Canopy shows the recurring-service version: bookings, dispatch, the technician app and invoices.

The building blocks are on our feature pages: bookings and deposits, signing and consent, calculators and estimators, field service apps, quotation systems and WhatsApp reminders.

FAQ

More questions about renovation & trades

Straight answers to what people ask. Anything else, message us and a person replies.

Ask a question
Can the system send service reminders?

Yes, by WhatsApp, SMS or email when a service is due, linked to the customer’s last job.

Can we show our CIDB registration and warranty terms?

Yes, on the website and on every quote, so homeowners see them before they accept.

Can AI draft quotes from customer messages?

It can prepare a draft from a WhatsApp message against your price list, marked with what it assumed, for a person to check and send. See AI automation.
