Proof

Work you can inspect

Cadence and Dewleaf are concept prototypes we built ourselves after studying leading studios and clinic booking systems. They use sample classes, members and clients; no business result is claimed.

All our work

Concept prototypes are labelled as prototypes everywhere they appear. They demonstrate what we can build, not work delivered for that named client. More client work is going live and will be added as it does.

  • Payment gateway fees, including recurring card payments, are paid to the gateway.

Ownership

Everything belongs to your business

You own everything we build for you: the code, the content, the domain, the hosting account and every third-party account opened for the project. There is no lock-in. If you move to another provider, everything goes with you and we help with the handover.

  • Source code, handed over in your own repository
  • Domain and DNS, registered to your business
  • Hosting and every service account, in your name
  • Analytics, search and ad accounts, with us as a manager you can remove
  • All content, media and data in the system

Ongoing care

System care from RM 250 a month

For a more complex website or a system with a real backend, ongoing care starts from RM 250 a month, with the plan confirmed against what was actually launched. Care is quoted with the project, not bolted on afterwards.

Support

We normally respond within one working day

We normally respond to a support request in under one working day, and we work to solve problems as fast as we can. That is how we normally work rather than a contractual guarantee, and responding is not the same as resolving. If your operation needs a formal response or resolution commitment, we can write one into your scope.

Timeline

Normally three to four weeks

A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope. Prototype timing is separate: you see a working prototype before any deposit.

Before you decide

Questions people ask before they commit

Can members choose their bike or reformer?

Yes. Cadence lets members pick their spot on the studio layout, with a waitlist when the class is full.

Can we charge for late cancellations?

Yes, by your rules: a late-cancel window, a credit lost or a fee, and the first one waived if you like. The waitlist fills the freed spot.

Can members freeze or cancel online?

Yes, within the notice and freeze rules you set, so the front desk stops handling it by phone.

How long does it take?

A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope.

What happens next

From a message to a working prototype

We build a free working prototype first. It carries no payment obligation, so you can judge the direction before committing.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Message us on WhatsApp with your business and the pages or features you have in mind. We reply normally within one working day.

  2. 2

    See a free prototype

We build a working prototype you can click through on your own phone. There is no payment obligation at this stage.

  3. 3

    Approve the scope and quote

We confirm the pages, features, responsibilities and timeline in writing. The deposit is paid only when you approve the quotation.

  4. 4

    Build, review and launch

We complete the build with your real content, you review it, and we launch after your final approval.

How it runs

Rules first, then the booking

We agree your booking, cancellation and plan rules, then build the timetable and app around them.

  1. 01

    Map classes and plans

Class types, studios, coaches, packs, memberships and your rules.

  2. 02

    Prototype the booking

From the timetable to a booked spot on a phone.

  3. 03

    Build plans, app and desk

Memberships, member app, check-in and coach cover.

  4. 04

    Train and launch

Front desk and coaches trained, then care at the level you choose.

What members and studio teams need

We studied boutique fitness studios, booking marketplaces and studio software before building Cadence. Members want a quick booking and control of their plan; studios want full classes, fewer no-shows and coaches covered. The table shows each need and where we have built it.

Fitness and wellness needs, and where we have built them

Rules that keep classes full and members happy

The leading studios publish clear rules and their systems enforce them: when booking opens, the late-cancel window, what a no-show costs, how waitlists move, how long packs last and how much notice a cancellation needs. Cadence builds those rules into the booking so members see them before they book and staff do not argue them at the desk. For wellness clinics, consent before treatment and package liability matter as much; Dewleaf tracks both.

The building blocks are on our feature pages: bookings and appointments, online payments and subscriptions, member logins, fitness and wellness apps, loyalty and membership apps and several studios in one system.

Ask a question
Can we sell first-timer offers?

Yes, once per member, with the rules shown before purchase.

Can members pay monthly by card?

Yes, as recurring payments through your gateway, with failed payments retried and the member told.

Do you build an app for the App Store?

We build the member app as an installable web app first; a store app is quoted separately. See mobile app development.
