Proof

Work you can inspect

Sealwright, Firstlight and Ninefold Foods are concept prototypes we built ourselves after studying manufacturers, distributors and food producers; Greengage is a sample app for a food supplier, built for Android and the web. They run on sample data; no client or business result is claimed.

All our work

Concept prototypes are labelled as prototypes everywhere they appear. They demonstrate what we can build, not work delivered for that named client. More client work is going live and will be added as it does.

  • Licences for accounting software and couriers are paid to those providers.

Ownership

Everything belongs to your business

You own everything we build for you: the code, the content, the domain, the hosting account and every third-party account opened for the project. There is no lock-in. If you move to another provider, everything goes with you and we help with the handover.

  • Source code, handed over in your own repository
  • Domain and DNS, registered to your business
  • Hosting and every service account, in your name
  • Analytics, search and ad accounts, with us as a manager you can remove
  • All content, media and data in the system

Ongoing care

System care from RM 250 a month

For a more complex website or a system with a real backend, ongoing care starts from RM 250 a month, with the plan confirmed against what was actually launched. Care is quoted with the project, not bolted on afterwards.

Support

We normally respond within one working day

We normally respond to a support request in under one working day, and we work to solve problems as fast as we can. That is how we normally work rather than a contractual guarantee, and responding is not the same as resolving. If your operation needs a formal response or resolution commitment, we can write one into your scope.

Timeline

Normally three to four weeks

A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope. Prototype timing is separate: you see a working prototype before any deposit.

Before you decide

Questions people ask before they commit

Can distributors order at their own prices?

Yes. Each distributor sees tier prices and live stock, orders against a credit limit, and gets invoices and documents in their own portal.

Can it connect to SQL Account or AutoCount?

Yes, starting with exports in each system’s import layout and moving to a live link when volume justifies it. See connections to your systems.

Do we need e-invoicing?

Businesses with annual revenue above RM 3 million issue e-invoices through MyInvois. We connect your invoices to it. See e-invoicing.

How long does it take?

A straightforward company website normally takes one to two weeks once the content is ready. A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope.

What happens next

From a message to a working prototype

We build a free working prototype first. It carries no payment obligation, so you can judge the direction before committing.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Message us on WhatsApp with your business and the pages or features you have in mind. We reply normally within one working day.

  2. 2

    See a free prototype

We build a working prototype you can click through on your own phone. There is no payment obligation at this stage.

  3. 3

    Approve the scope and quote

We confirm the pages, features, responsibilities and timeline in writing. The deposit is paid only when you approve the quotation.

  4. 4

    Build, review and launch

We complete the build with your real content, you review it, and we launch after your final approval.

How it runs

Start where the money leaks

We map how an enquiry becomes an invoice today, then build the step that costs you most first.

  1. 01

    Map enquiry to invoice

How quotes, orders, stock, production and invoicing run today.

  2. 02

    Prototype the main journey

A buyer finding a part and requesting a quote, or a distributor ordering.

  3. 03

    Build and connect

The system, with exports or links to your accounting and courier accounts.

  4. 04

    Train and hand over

Training for sales, plant and stores, then care at the level you choose.

The detail

How we approach manufacturing & distribution

What industrial buyers and distributors look for

We studied the websites of manufacturers, industrial distributors and food producers before building three concepts: an elastomer parts manufacturer, a food wholesaler and a food brand house. Buyers look for the same things: the right part, proof it is certified, a price, and a date. The table shows each need and where we have built it.

Manufacturing and distribution needs, and where we have built them

The order-to-cash system behind the website

The website earns the enquiry; the system keeps the promise. In our Sealwright concept, approving a quote books press hours on a compatible line at once, a failed inspection holds the dispatch, and low raw-material stock raises a purchase requisition that runs through approval, purchase order, goods received and a three-way invoice match. Firstlight shows the distributor’s side: WhatsApp orders, credit holds, route pick lists, proof of delivery and invoices with e-invoice status.

The pieces are on our feature pages: connections to accounting, couriers and POS, e-invoicing through MyInvois, dealer and distributor portals, inventory systems and multi-language pages for export. Rules that apply to every Malaysian business site are on our compliance checklist.
