What a company profile has to do
A profile is read by people deciding whether to shortlist you: a procurement officer, a bank, a distributor, a developer choosing contractors. They want the same things in the same order. Who you are and how long you have been doing it. What you do, and for whom. Projects that prove it, with numbers. Your registrations, certifications and safety record. And who to contact.
Most profiles we are asked to replace open with a vision statement and bury the projects at the back. We put the proof forward, write in plain language, and keep each page to one subject, so a reader skimming for two minutes still leaves with the right impression.
Our sample profiles
We built three sample profiles for brands from our flagship work, each designed in that brand's own typefaces and colours. Traverse is a listed contractor: projects with their values and timelines, safety performance and registrations. Sealwright is a manufacturer: product families, plant capability, quality systems and export markets. Ninefold Foods is a food brand house: its brands, halal certification and distribution. Their content is sample content, marked as such on the cover.
Download them as PDFs: Traverse, Sealwright and Ninefold Foods.
Print, email and the website
The print file is set up for your printer: A4, bleed, crop marks and colour for coated paper. The email version is a smaller PDF that opens quickly on a phone and still looks sharp. If you want the profile on your website too, it becomes a page or a download there, matching the rest of the site.
Brochures and other documents
A brochure does one job: a product range, a service, an event. We write and design tri-folds, flyers and short leaflets in the same way. Longer documents such as capability statements for tenders, investor packs and product catalogues are quoted by scope.
