Everything belongs to your business

You own everything we build for you: the code, the content, the domain, the hosting account and every third-party account opened for the project. There is no lock-in. If you move to another provider, everything goes with you and we help with the handover.

We normally respond within one working day

We normally respond to a support request in under one working day, and we work to solve problems as fast as we can. That is how we normally work rather than a contractual guarantee, and responding is not the same as resolving. If your operation needs a formal response or resolution commitment, we can write one into your scope.

Normally three to four weeks

A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope. Prototype timing is separate: you see a working prototype before any deposit.

Can registration be confirmed only when payment succeeds?

Yes. On Tournamy, entries are checked as they are typed and confirmed by their own payment through the organiser’s Billplz account, and the places left update on every event.

Can venues show live dates and prices?

Yes. Our Wrenfield concept shows open dates and prices by space and session, builds a package and takes a deposit to hold the date.

Can we check people in at the door?

Yes, by scanning e-tickets on a phone, with the count updating live. See HORIZON 2026’s door check-in.

How long does it take?

What attendees, organisers and venues need

Every event system fails the same way: two people buy the last place. We design around one live count, then build the journeys on top. The table shows each need and where we have built it.

Rules for selling events and venue packages online

Online sales follow the 2024 e-commerce regulations: who you are, the full price with taxes and charges, payment methods and terms, before the buyer pays, and an acknowledgement for every order. Venue packages that include food and beverage carry service tax at 6%, worked out before any service charge, which is how Wrenfield prices its packages.
