What clients look for in a professional firm
We studied leading law, accounting and architecture firm websites before building three concepts. Clients look for the right person, proof of thinking and an easy first step; after engagement they want less email. The table shows each need and where we have built it.

Rules a law firm website has to follow
The Legal Profession (Publicity) Rules 2025 took effect on 1 January 2026, replacing the 2001 rules. Publicity must not be misleading or create unjustified expectations about results; a lawyer may claim specialisation that can be justified but never to be an expert; publicity may not state the fees charged or compare other firms’ fees or quality; and the firm is responsible for publicity by anyone acting for it. Our law firm concept builds these into its content tools: flagged words, anonymised experience and a review step before anything is published.
Accounting and company secretarial firms work to SSM and LHDN deadlines, from annual returns to Form C; our Aplomb concept turns those dates into a calendar per client. The building blocks are on our feature pages: client logins and portals, signing and consent, calculators and estimators, connections to your CRM and multi-language pages.
