Ownership

Everything belongs to your business

You own everything we build for you: the code, the content, the domain, the hosting account and every third-party account opened for the project. There is no lock-in. If you move to another provider, everything goes with you and we help with the handover.

Ongoing care

We normally respond within one working day

We normally respond to a support request in under one working day, and we work to solve problems as fast as we can. That is how we normally work rather than a contractual guarantee, and responding is not the same as resolving. If your operation needs a formal response or resolution commitment, we can write one into your scope.

Normally three to four weeks

A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope. Prototype timing is separate: you see a working prototype before any deposit.

Can buyers reserve a unit online?

Yes, as a reservation that holds the unit for a set time and asks for nothing to be paid, since the regulations forbid collecting a booking fee outside the contract of sale.

Can agents see live availability?

Yes. Co-broke agents sign in with their REN number and agency, see live units and register their buyers.

Does it handle stage billing?

Yes. A stage is certified with the architect’s or engineer’s certificate number and date, then every purchaser in that block is billed, with late charges and loan disbursements tracked.

How long does it take?

A straightforward company website normally takes one to two weeks once the content is ready. A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope.

What property buyers and sales teams need

We studied Malaysia’s leading developer and property portal websites before building our Clearstory developer and Dwellfound marketplace. Buyers look for availability, prices and how to reserve; sales teams need one record from first visit to vacant possession. The table shows each need and where we have built it.

Rules a property website has to follow

Property advertising in Malaysia needs an advertisement and sale permit, and every advertisement, website pages included, shows the developer’s licence and permit numbers with their validity, the developer’s name and address, tenure, encumbrances, expected completion and the price and number of units of each type. Since the 2015 amendments, adverts may not offer free legal fees, projected returns or rental income, or travelling times to destinations; Clearstory shows distances in kilometres instead.

No booking fee may be collected outside the contract of sale, which is why reservations in our build ask for nothing to be paid. Progress billing follows the statutory schedule, each stage backed by the architect’s certificate, with late charges and the defect liability period running from vacant possession. Developer licences and permits can be checked on KPKT’s TEDUH portal.

Yes. Bumi lots are marked with their quota and discount, and released only through the state process your team records.

Can the site show a 3D or virtual tour?

Can purchasers see their payment schedule?

Yes, in the owner portal: each stage, its bill, what is paid and what is due.
