What it is

The back-office tools a growing team needs: expense claims and payslips, purchase orders with approvals, asset registers with maintenance schedules, queue numbers and visitor passes, licence and certificate reminders, and imports from Excel, built into your website or system.

How we build it

What makes ours work

01

One record instead of a form and a spreadsheet

Each tool replaces a paper form or a spreadsheet with a record that moves through its steps: a claim from receipt to payslip in Canopy, a requisition from low stock to a matched invoice in Sealwright, a fault from report to a charger back in service in Equator.

02

Your rules, applied every time

Approval limits by role, safety tests only by a competent person, priority queues for those who need them, reminders 90, 60 and 30 days before a licence expires: the system applies the rules so nobody has to remember them. Lightwell and Traverse show two of them.

03

Start with the job that costs you most

Most teams begin with one tool, often claims and payslips or licence reminders, then add others to the same system. Existing lists come in from Excel, checked before saving, as in Firstlight.

Questions

Asked about staff operations

The questions that come up when we scope this system. Anything else, ask us directly.

Do we need the whole set?

No. Each tool works on its own and joins the same system later, so you can start with the one that saves the most time.

Can it import what we already keep in Excel?

Yes. Staff, customers, products or price lists come in from a spreadsheet and are checked before saving, so errors and duplicates are caught first.

Does payroll replace our accountant?

No. It works out pay, EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB and prepares the bank file and the amounts for KWSP, PERKESO and LHDN; your accountant can review them before anything is paid.

What does it cost?

From RM 1,000 for Excel import or licence reminders, RM 2,500 for visitor registration, RM 3,500 for queue numbers or for claims and payslips, RM 4,000 for purchase orders and RM 5,000 for assets and maintenance.
