E-invoicing (MyInvois) integration
Send e-invoices to LHDN’s MyInvois from the system you already use.
From RM 3,000All add-on prices
What it is
Your website, online store or business system creates the e-invoice, sends it to LHDN’s MyInvois and keeps the validated copy with its unique ID and QR code. Nobody copies invoices into the MyInvois portal by hand.
How we build it
What makes ours work
Decide which system sends it
Each invoice should be submitted once, by one system. If your accounting software already submits e-invoices, the best route is often to pass it clean sales data. If orders or bookings live in your own system, it can submit directly through the MyInvois API. We map your flow first.
Validation is part of the flow
An e-invoice is a structured document that LHDN checks and then validates or rejects. Your system stores the result, prints the QR code on the invoice and shows a rejection with its reason, so someone fixes it the same day rather than at month end.
Rules in settings, not code
From 1 September 2026, businesses with annual revenue under RM 3 million are exempt, with conditions for related companies, and the rules may change again. Thresholds, consolidation and which customers need their own e-invoice are settings your team can change.

Questions
Asked about e-invoicing
The questions that come up when we scope this system. Anything else, ask us directly.
Do we need e-invoicing?
It depends on your revenue and how your group is structured. LHDN exempts businesses with annual revenue below RM 3 million from 1 September 2026. If you are above it, or close, plan the change early. We can show what your sales flow needs; your tax agent confirms the obligation.
How much does it cost?
Connecting a website, store or system to MyInvois starts from RM 3,000. MyInvois itself is free from LHDN. If your accounting software already submits e-invoices, sending it clean data can cost less.
Can our accounting software do this instead?
Often, yes. SQL Account, AutoCount, Xero and Bukku offer e-invoicing. What matters is where the invoice starts. If it starts in your online store or booking system, we either pass it to your accounting software or submit it directly, so there is one source of truth.
What happens when an e-invoice is rejected?
It appears in a list with LHDN’s reason, the person responsible is alerted, and it can be corrected and sent again. Every attempt is logged.
