What it is
A careers section your team updates without a developer, an application form that asks what each role needs, and an inbox where HR reviews, shortlists and replies.

How we build it
What makes ours work
Your team owns the listings
Posting a vacancy should take minutes. HR writes the role, location and requirements in the editor, and it appears on the site with the details Google uses for job search.
Applications land in one inbox
Every application arrives with its CV and answers, sorted by role. HR moves people from received to interview to offer, adds notes, and replies from the same place.
Only what you need, for as long as you need it
Forms ask for what the role needs and nothing more. CVs are stored privately and cleared on a schedule you set, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act.

Asked about careers & applications
The questions that come up when we scope this system. Anything else, ask us directly.
Can people apply through WhatsApp instead?
They can ask questions there, but the form is better for anything you need to compare, such as CVs, notice periods and expected salary. A WhatsApp button can sit beside the form.
Will our jobs show on Google?
Each listing carries the details Google uses for job search. Google decides what to show, but a properly marked-up listing is eligible.
Do we still need JobStreet or LinkedIn?
They bring reach, and you can keep using them. Your careers page is where your own applicants arrive, without a job-board fee, and where every application is kept together.
What does it cost?
From RM 1,500 for a careers section with applications. A fuller applicant dashboard with interview booking is quoted with it.
