Clinics and hospitals

Clinic websites that help patients find, choose and book

A doctor finder, published prices and appointment requests your staff confirm, with a booking and patient system behind them when you need one. Written within MAB and MMC rules.

  • Free working prototype first
  • You own the code and accounts
  • Replies normally within one working day

What you get

What is included

The parts of the work you receive, and what each one lets you do.

Doctor finder and profiles

Search by specialty, language and clinic day; profiles with the fields the MMC guideline allows.

Appointment requests

Patients request a session; staff confirm, and reminders go out.

Packages and prices

Screening and treatment packages with published prices.

Consent and forms

Completed before the visit and stored against the patient.

Branches and wayfinding

Each branch’s doctors and hours, and directions to each clinic.

Rules in the editor

Wording checks for superlatives and testimonials before anything is published.

Proof

Work you can inspect

Lightwell and Dewleaf are concept prototypes we built ourselves after studying Malaysia’s leading hospital and clinic websites. They use sample doctors, prices and patients; no clinic or patient outcome is claimed.

All our work

Concept prototypes are labelled as prototypes everywhere they appear. They demonstrate what we can build, not work delivered for that named client. More client work is going live and will be added as it does.

Price and terms

From a clinic website to a full patient system

Most single clinics start with the website and online booking. Groups and hospitals add packages, consent, staff desks and several branches.

Clinic website

RM 4,999

Services, doctors, prices and contact.

  • Doctor and service pages
  • WhatsApp and enquiry routes
  • Analytics set up

Add online booking

From RM 1,500

Added to the clinic website: appointment requests online.

  • Doctor sessions and slots
  • Requests your staff confirm
  • Reminders by WhatsApp or email

Patient system

From RM 12,000

Packages, consent, branches and staff desks.

  • Screening packages and payments
  • Consent before treatment
  • Several branches in one system

Billed or quoted separately

  • Ongoing care is quoted with the build: from RM 1,000 a year for a website, from RM 250 a month for a system.
  • MAB approval of the website content is applied for by the clinic; we prepare the pages and the approval number placement.

Ownership

Everything belongs to your business

You own everything we build for you: the code, the content, the domain, the hosting account and every third-party account opened for the project. There is no lock-in. If you move to another provider, everything goes with you and we help with the handover.

  • Source code, handed over in your own repository
  • Domain and DNS, registered to your business
  • Hosting and every service account, in your name
  • Analytics, search and ad accounts, with us as a manager you can remove
  • All content, media and data in the system

Ongoing care

System care from RM 250 a month

For a more complex website or a system with a real backend, ongoing care starts from RM 250 a month, with the plan confirmed against what was actually launched. Care is quoted with the project, not bolted on afterwards.

Support

We normally respond within one working day

We normally respond to a support request in under one working day, and we work to solve problems as fast as we can. That is how we normally work rather than a contractual guarantee, and responding is not the same as resolving. If your operation needs a formal response or resolution commitment, we can write one into your scope.

Timeline

Normally three to four weeks

A more complex website or business system normally takes three to four weeks, and a larger platform is scheduled against the agreed scope. Prototype timing is separate: you see a working prototype before any deposit.

Before you decide

Questions people ask before they commit

Can patients book directly?

Yes. Patients choose a doctor and a session and send a request; your staff confirm it, and the patient is notified. Many clinics prefer confirmed requests to instant booking because doctors’ sessions change.

Can we publish prices?

Yes. The MAB guideline lets a facility state its charges, including screening packages and room rates. What it does not allow is discounts on doctors’ fees, superlatives or patient testimonials.

We have several branches. Is that one website?

One website and one system, with each branch’s doctors, hours and slots, and staff who see only their own branch.

How long does it take?

A straightforward company website normally takes one to two weeks once the content is ready. A booking or patient system normally takes three to four weeks.

What happens next

From a message to a working prototype

We build a free working prototype first. It carries no payment obligation, so you can judge the direction before committing.

  1. 1

    Tell us what you need

Message us on WhatsApp with your business and the pages or features you have in mind. We reply normally within one working day.

  2. 2

    See a free prototype

We build a working prototype you can click through on your own phone. There is no payment obligation at this stage.

  3. 3

    Approve the scope and quote

We confirm the pages, features, responsibilities and timeline in writing. The deposit is paid only when you approve the quotation.

  4. 4

    Build, review and launch

We complete the build with your real content, you review it, and we launch after your final approval.

How it runs

Patients first, rules built in

We plan the site around the tasks patients come for, and put the advertising rules into the tools your team publishes with.

  1. 01

    Map the patient tasks

Which doctors, services, packages and branches patients look for, and how bookings are confirmed today.

  2. 02

    Prototype the main journey

Find a doctor, see the cost and request an appointment, working on a phone.

  3. 03

    Write within the rules

Copy and profiles written to the MAB and MMC guidelines, ready for approval.

  4. 04

    Build, test and train

Staff desks tested with your team, then handover and training.

What patients look for on a clinic website

We studied the websites of Malaysia’s leading private hospitals and clinic groups before building our own hospital and clinic concepts. The same tasks came first everywhere: find a doctor, see the cost, book, and know where to go. The table shows each one and where we have built it.

Patient needs, what the leading sites do, and where we have built it

Rules a healthcare website has to follow

Healthcare advertising in Malaysia, websites included, falls under the Medicine Advertisements Board guideline for healthcare facilities and services. The approved advertisement carries its approval number. Services may be described plainly, with no superlatives such as "the best" or "most advanced", no comparisons with other facilities, no patient testimonials and no before-and-after pictures. A facility may publish its charges, but may not discount doctors’ fees.

Doctor profiles follow the Malaysian Medical Council guideline on the dissemination of information by medical professionals: name, registration numbers, registrable qualifications, specialty and contact details, informative and without laudatory remarks. Pages in languages other than Bahasa Malaysia or English need a certified translation alongside. We build these rules into the pages and into the editing tools, so a new page cannot quietly break them.

The systems behind it

Most clinic projects combine a few of our building blocks: bookings and appointments, patient logins and portals, consent forms and document uploads, several branches in one system, cost estimators and pages in other languages. Each page shows where we have built it and what it costs to add.

FAQ

More questions about clinics & hospitals

Straight answers to what people ask. Anything else, message us and a person replies.

Ask a question
Do you handle the MAB approval?

The application is made by the facility. We prepare the pages to the guideline, keep a record of what was submitted, and place the approval number where the guideline requires it.

Can the site take payments for screening packages?

Yes, through FPX, cards or e-wallets, with the receipt and the booking linked. See online payments.

Can patients see their records online?

A patient portal can show appointments, packages, forms and receipts. Medical records usually stay in your clinic system; we connect to it where its access allows.

Can the website be in Chinese, Malay and Indonesian?

Yes, each language with its own pages and a certified translation where the MAB policy requires one. See multi-language websites.
