What car buyers and dealers need
The leading Malaysian car brand sites put the same tasks first: models, brochures, a price or loan calculator, a test drive, a service appointment and the nearest dealer. Distributors add what dealers need behind the scenes. The table shows each one and where we have built it.

Two sides of the same system
The buyer’s website and the dealer’s portal work best as one system. An enquiry on a model page becomes a lead for the right dealer; a dealer’s registration becomes a warranty record the owner can check; a dealer updating their address updates the public map. That is how Sentrix Auto’s platform works: one record instead of a spreadsheet of registrations and a group chat of dealer updates.
The building blocks are on our feature pages: dealer portals, logins and portals, maps and branch finders, calculators and connections to your systems.
Rules a dealer website has to follow
Since 1 June 2026 the Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act 2026 prices car loans as an effective interest rate on a reducing balance; the flat rate and the Rule of 78 are gone, and lenders have until 31 March 2027 to switch their systems. Fixed-rate loans are capped at 17% a year for up to five years and 16% above, and Bank Negara limits car financing to nine years, so a website's monthly figures should state their basis and say they are estimates. A used car needs Puspakom's MV15 inspection before its ownership changes, and the B7 inspection when it is bought on a loan. Taking a booking fee online, the 2024 e-commerce regulations apply: the dealer's details, the full price, the ways to pay and the terms before the buyer pays, and an acknowledgement of the order. We design calculators and reservation flows to these rules: see calculators and estimators.
